Good Times

My time at camp was great. I learned to be more outgoing, understand people better, play lots of fun games and try so many new things.

My counsellors took us on so many fun trips. They were smart and really adventurous. I was scared of snakes before attending, but after some hands-on time with them, I learned they weren't at all dangerous. I actually caught 15 snakes while at camp. (Don't worry, I let them all go.)

I started to feel sick one night at the camp fire and my counsellor took me to the director's cabin. Him and his wife took good care of me and even let me stay over on their couch. The director always listens well. He is funny, easy to talk to, nice, doesn't judge you and makes you feel special. At camp, I really learned how to share and to problem solve.

The food was really good too. My cabin won a pizza party for having the cleanest cabin. It was actually fun cleaning up camp.

I like so many things about camp that it is hard for me to decide what I like most about going. It's a wonderful place and I wish I could spend my whole summer there, every year.
